- Drink plenty of water
- Do not eat simple carbohydrates
- try to sleep eight hours a night
- do not eat carbohydrates after 6pm
- try to eat low fat high protein meals
- eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
- eat fat(but good fat from fish and avacado etc)
- try to eat smaller portions more often
- always eat breakfast
- try to eat low GI foods

Its not necessarily just about weight but the food we eat affects the mood in which we act and also the energy levels we have.
