Nutrition Tips

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Do not eat simple carbohydrates
  • try to sleep eight hours a night
  • do not eat carbohydrates after 6pm
  • try to eat low fat high protein meals
  • eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables
  • eat fat(but good fat from fish and avacado etc)
  • try to eat smaller portions more often
  • always eat breakfast
  • try to eat low GI foods
